Growth Representative Automation
Control & Protection is the exclusive hardware and automation software distributor of the GE, Emerson, OnRobot and Easyrobotics brands for BeNeLux and France. As a Growth Representative , you will be responsible for Control & Protection’s proactive business activities in the field of automation hardware and software.
- You participate in the development of the customer portfolio. You explore the market and identify sectors and sales channels.
- Thanks to your commercial dynamism and ambition, you are looking for new contacts and proactively monitoring sales opportunities . You contact potential customers by phone and make appointments to present our products. You make every call and meeting an opportunity to engage in dialogue and showcase our brands and services.
- You’re not afraid to bang on doors, make cold calls, and tackle a new prospect list.
- Your experience and interest in engineering and technology means you’ll never miss an opportunity to engage with our customers. Each question brings you closer to the correct analysis of our customers’ technical needs.
- You record every activity closely in our CRM so we can make more accurate forecasts. Together, we will be able to respond better to market developments and business growth.
- You participate in our print and digital campaigns and contribute to the marketing efforts of Control & Protection and our partners. You will forward this information to our marketing manager, who will prepare it for dissemination.
- You will represent our brands at trade shows, exhibitions and networking events.
- You will work closely with the Key Account Manager and Support Engineer to achieve Control & Protection’s business objectives by welcoming new customers and providing them with the most flexible and efficient service possible.
- You have a technical background in electromechanics.
- Sales and marketing are your passion. You are interested in engineering and technology.
- With your commercial flair, you easily detect opportunities. You don’t let a prospect go until you’ve won them over.
- You are eager to learn and are open to new experiences.
- You speak Dutch. Good knowledge of French and English is an asset.
